We brewed the first collab with Piggy last year in France, so this year it was their turn to visit us. Like the first, we chose a Cold IPA, but this time using more classical piney, floral hops. Perhaps our best Cold IPA yet!
A well-balanced, hop-present without being overwhelming IPA.
As with all of our cold IPA we cook rice in the mash first - which is always a fun way to start the brew day (not). There's always some sticky rice stuck on the bottom of the mash tun, but it's something we insist on.
