With the name Metropolitan we're poking fun at the notion that craft beer is only reserved for sophisticated people and elegant moments. On the contrary, we made it so you can treat yourself to good beer on any occasion. But however you choose to drink it, we won't judge.
Metropolitan is an aromatic American-style pale ale with hops that give flavors of grapefruit, citrus and pine, fermented with our house yeast. Enjoy it with your best friend.

Milk Stout originated in 19th century Britain as a way to promote a more nutrious beer to help energize workers throughout the day. Those claims were dubious, but it resulted in a unique, new style.
Galáxia is a rich and creamy beer, with chocolate, coffee and caramel flavors from the roasted malts. This stout has a slightly sweet finish from the addition of milk sugar.
Supplementing our regular line-up, the Marvila Series is a collection of beers we make periodically that include a vast array of styles and recipes.

This is a beer that has a massive hop punch but in a more "sessionable" package... meaning you can have more than one and still go about your business. The selection of hops deliver flavors of tangerine, passion fruit and peach in a drinkable package.

According to folklore, Belgian farmhouse breweries would brew saisons during the quiet winter months to nourish the workers in the fields during summer. When safe drinking water was hard to find a saison provided the farmworkers with a clean, refreshing beverage.
Our saison delivers fruitiness and rustic, black pepper flavors from our Belgian saison yeast, while the hops play a supporting role. This beer ferments out dry with a long finish. Quite quaffable!

Extra Pale Ale
6% ABV, 45 IBU
We use loads of rye malt in this beer and back it up with a mix of American and European hops. That extra kick of hop bitterness is why we call it an Extra Pale Ale. The rye malt contributes an earthy spiciness, while the yeast leaves a natural haze.
